The Work culture is good,but the management doesn't recognize the employer real talent & appreciation,as well as lot of politics with in the company.

Both MD & JMD doesn't know what happen inside the management,they blindy trust fake people.If you have doubt just cross verify with the employees,In Exurb Site PM -Muthuraman looting lot of money from the contractors(just bring from his previous company contractors to the Exurb site & looting lot of money),but the management doesn't know what happening at site.Even VP knows this,but he doesn't take action so far,There is lot of partially in the company. A huge mistake done & lot of amount losing to the management in re bar coupler. If this continues the management doesn't grow in the society,I dont know whats the HR department role in this company & what are they doing....Read More
