Nothing to like. It is just like a jail where you cannot go anywhere except your floor. You will have to come on Saturday Sunday even if there is no work. And VNL stopped all its services and going start from scratch to improve its image.

Worst organisation and culture. Managing Director of the company is the main reason for this. Not a company it's a prison. Forcefully ask employees to come office on holidays as well.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
