My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. There was nothing to like as bad politics played within the organization. They will hire you as a experienced candidate but after joining they will treat you as fresher never value your experience. Even their policies differ from person to person. Irresponsible HR department never solve the queries nor respond on time.
