It is a small school managed by a person having high idealism , like uplifting the downtrodden, helping poor ..to an extent he is a Gandhian by spirits Job is very secure since no other teacher is as much experienced as I am .....and that is the biggest plus point in this job. There is no imnternal politics or groupism , which makes the working atmosphere very happy and c ongenial The only negative point is the utter low salary.....but the management is unable to pay high salary ....Read More
