I have been working with Vidyalankar for the last 4 years and it has been a great company to work with. The role I do is a mix of sales and operations which is good as we get to learn and do both. I like the fact that we get to meet many students and parents and help them to make the correct decision for their career :)

Nothing really. I think they can only improve on more employee benefits.

It is my first job and the first company which hired me while I was on a job hunt. I loved the environment and my working space. Vidyalankar is also a good place to give your career a good start as they encourage new joinees. The staff and HRD are quiet cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

Telling about dislikes would be like cherry picking. Yes there are a lot of cons but it can be improved.

The way they train new jonnies is outstanding. Transparency between organization and Employee. Self disciplined work culture with flexible working hrs.

You get training for everything

After training exams are taken. After every 6 months exams are taken. Unnecessary discussion and n number of meetings and oral exams. Politics by earlier employees very bad one that too. If good in impressing seniors n doing work for nt getting credit n seeing it stoled bt seniors go ahead join ASAP.

Worst place to work with. Bad politics and bad management here. They have not even provided salary to their employees. Kept their employees on hold and not even given their worth salary. Too much politics in science section by their marketing ppl. Suggested not to go for it. Coz there is no growth.

What not to dislike this place has hr which doesn't even records your attendance asks you to submit it. With proof of ur presence. The management will always try to pull u down. Making u know where u stand n you are never gonna get any position higher. There is no career growth.

Nothing because of bad policies. They don't even follow their own policies. Always absorbs money from employee's salary. Worst politics in the whole team. Always asking employees to bed for their own money.

Vidyalankar never pays amount to employees who are on notice period even employees have been served the complete notice period. Even they don't pay for leaves. Vidyalankar classes and publications team doesn't pays for earned leaves after leaving the company even if employees have completed the whole process. They always make employees to beg for their own money. This is the worst scenario for anyone. Please don't join this company. It will break your trust for sure.
