I like nothing about this company.

Dislikes

My experience was very, very bad. Job security is awful here. They can terminate you anytime. In that case, they won't give you any remuneration. So, working here and putting effort into this company is a waste of time.

The company lacks any distinct likable qualities.

Dislikes

The employers of this company never keep their promises. They told there is extra pay if you work on holidays. I worked on a holiday but they did not pay for that. When I asked they lied and told they have paid. They told there was some error in some other days payment which they would resolve but they never did. Another day I worked for a half day but they deducted my full day's payment. Now they have terminated me and did not paid the whole last month's salary despite of returning all the company-issued belongings in perfect condition. They told they would pay the salary after I return the belongings and also they would pay for the postage. But they never keep their words. The employers of this company are not trustworthy and this company is not worth your time and dedication. My advice is don't join this company, there is no future here. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
