Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I wanna give thanks that school because that school gave me platform from where I started my teaching career. I built confidence and develop my skills.

Dislikes

That school main problem was there was no importance of hard work. No incentives, no reward and no appreciation of your work. Management was only interested in given responsibilities without reward.

Work Details

In that school my experience was interesting! I learnt everything in that job. I got chance play different roles like house captain, class teacher, time table incharge external examiner in board practicals.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
