Likes

It’s not a regular school. It’s a new hope towards creating a new society. It aims at producing Critical thinkers , Reformers & Rationalists. Working here as a teacher provides Personality growth as well.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. It’s the best place for any individual to work and adapt to the work culture. It’s extremely flexible.

Work Details

I’m associated with Vidyadaan for 2 years now. I have been enjoying work at Vidyadaan. It allows sharing and learning at its best. Introducing teachers to deliver classes on different platforms and methods is the best part of it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
