Good infrastructure of school

Dislikes

As an employee worked very hard to keep job secure. A lot of job security issue. They treat employees like a donkey and less salary paid. No hike given, if the women faculty is conceive. No benefits were given. Outdated school environment for students and also for faculties. Too much of restrictions for faculties. Overall experience was bad. Never choose to work for this school.

* They didn't give my Leave Encashment back after resigning * No exposure to Research or paper publication. * HOD's are puppets under the hand of Principal and have lost their Independent Thinking, they continue to please the Principal. * All employees are Underpayed except the Principal. * People who don't get job elsewhere end up themselves in this college.

I was working as Pre primary teacher and it's very much challenging job because to read all children mind n to take them into my control it's not the easiest thing.. Finally I did it n m very much satisfied about it.
