Likes

Employees are friendly and helpful. Time flexibility with your work and office. Weekend get together and smaller lunchs/dinners are very joyful.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Management is very open and secular. Missing of HR activities. No Facilitating of training and programs related to skill improvement or knowledge. Team is with limited employees so work can't be shared.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
