when company was in working i was in sales team in punjab (amritsar ) .My team mates was very nice,friendly,honest,help full. Training session was very good. i have learnt so many things from videocon training sessions.i can't say anything about job security .there was great career growth .salary/appraisal was also good. i travelledtwo time to thailand on company expensives ....very good work environment...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
