While I've had a mostly positive experience working at Vichi, one area that I think could be improved is the communication style within the organization. I've noticed that there can be a lack of clarity in certain messages, I think it would be helpful if the company implemented more structured communication channels, such as weekly team meetings or regular check-ins between managers and employees.
