Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Team Management from seniors is not good. Training is there but no support is there to get skills properly. Job Security is there as they are having 2 years of bond. Salary expectations from the employer are they are hiring fresher and they don't have to pay huge. The work environment is good but the team doesn't care for the employees for their work-life balance and mental health.
