Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
