Nothing- A complete toxic Environment. The HODs, VPs and Coordinators are useless, people working in BPO are Head of the Departments. It is only about buttering , otherwise you are no where. No hand holding, disrespect, monploy , BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT..

Culture, Worthless leaders at Secondary & Higher Secondary. They actually have no work, other than ruining the lives of new teachers. Don't ever join, your life will be finished.They only to publicly harass and insult the teachers who are not their favorites and put you wrong even if you are correct.

The working environment of the school is very organised and healthy. My teammates are very cooperative and encouraging. Mentors of the school are also very supportive and the management is transparent. Learning different aspects allows teachers to improve in teaching techniques and provides a homely atmosphere. The school provides the best curriculum for the overall growth and development of a child. No job security, they can remove us anytime, this is not only my opinion, after completing targets also they put me in PIP, nicely they removed me, one of the bad Organizations I have worked for, I got incentives as per my targets, they have removed me without anymercy. Managers are not supportive, they didn't allow me to complete 1 year, I had only 4 days to complete. In front me, they removed many employees....Read More

Teachers are puppet of delivering lesson plan. If short of time merge multiple lesson plan and teach. Back to back work will follow If you are ok with this then it's good 😊

No promotion. No stable salary increment. Politics Appease your Hod's and coordinator Appease parents Always pamper childrens irrespective they are wrong or right. We can't give remark "incomplete"in note books instead write "kindly write". If parents request you to call after school too teachers are liable to call from home from their personal number . If students scores less in exam teachers are liable to take extra class on working Saturday personally to that student. To much of unwanted record works. Say for eg: every attendance you need to enter at 3 place , one in there app, then their website then in the attendance master. Notebook correction has to be done very minutely like exam correction which is very tedious. Once completes correction , random books are send to principal for re-checking and they fine the mistakes of children but teacher will score less as teacher didn't made the correction. Teachers who teaching there since 8years are not given promotion to higher grades even though they are willing to teach higher grades. Parents simply raise SR and teachers are answerable to it. Job security is not there after giving u confirmation also they will remove at the time 10 teachers nd tell u because of surplus/ no new admission done before joining this school u need to know this reality

Working is ok HOD who will not guide u properly only she will show at workplace she is helping 1year i work with them but she never helped me with on LP also so I can improve my work accordingly i feel they give u big salary nd then they will remove u.
