Work environment was not great.appraisals are not given well. Lot of politics and favorites are always given an opportunity with exposure of work

Had good work experience and learnt a lot but management never appreciated the hard work or good results.Appraisals are bad.No recognition.Salary also reduce and deferred due to covid. Overall not very good school for growth...work pressure is tremendous
