The environment is challenging at times. That is the only thing that inspires me to continue my service

Students are supreme here. The parents who pay the school fees are the ultimate bosses. Teachers put in all the effort and in case the student does not progress in his studies, the former should be prepared to take all the blame. Students do not attend the full session during online classes. Suppose the class starts at 9:50 am, there are students who join the class just for the sake of attendance at 9:53 am and they exit the class at 9:55 am. Teachers are forced to mark them present for the class. What is the school trying to show by such unwanted practice? Students are displaying indiscipline and the management is silent despite being aware of the indiscipline displayed by the students. Teachers are not supposed to warn the students sternly as well.
