Horrible HR department neither they feel like to respond to the impanel candidates who all are awaiting for the application for the jobs they have applied for. Nor they replied that if any applications are been rejected & that too on which terms the profile is being rejected. Request The HR team to at least don't play with the emotions, expectations & hopes of the candidates, HR Team being from the Human Resource don't play human. It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business
