Nothing is nice about this organization.

Dislikes

Company Culture is horrible, People working there only want to impress the Chairman. Nobody is working for the betterment of the organization. Everyone only wants to impress the Chairman and for this they can even kill eachother. Politics prevails to another level and has spoilt the complete company culture. Management knows about this but is not doing anything to resolve it. Attrition is extremely high due to this. People who are sane don't stick for more than 6 months. They work with an age old method and are not even upgrading themselves. No proper HRMS in place. Getting one small data and building a report on it is the biggest challenge. Better not to join such a horrible cultured organization....Read More
