It's an MNC that definitely offers job security, satisfactory appraisals every year.

Although we have provision of 30 leaves yearly but managers and higher management doesn't allow us to take more than 15-17 leaves yearly. If we wish to avail 6-7 days of leaves continuously we are told it's not allowed more than 2 long leaves yearly from senior management. Moreover managers tell us if you take leaves it's not going to work. Therefore work life balance remains terrible. How does it work for people coming from far off states to work. We want to avail the leaves (30 leaves) that is alloted to us, not more than that but allowed only 15 leaves yearly. How does that work on employee's end ??? And as per requirement you are called to work on Saturdays as well but expected to avoid taking comp off for the same but GPTW. Sarcastic!
