Work culture is good and flexibility is another great thing about working here.

Dislikes

The benefits and perks are just getting worse by the day. Hikes and promotions are disappointing. The new 3 tier rating system during performance appraisal has made matters worse. Overall, employee satisfaction is very low.

Specialists and Associates are two different positions in this company but who will be doing same task with no difference with only difference of compensation (Which is really very huge). Management of Vialto has to seriously take this into consideration and work on giving specialists a better compensation package, because compensation here in Vialto is very less very very less when compared to other companies with similar role....Read More

I like how my managers are very flexible and accommodative with my needs. They always respect my ideas and decisions that help me grow.

Sometimes we get late night messages from the client team that work outside our time zone and Managers and senior members are usually expected to stay late hours to solve any issues

There is not a single thing I dislike about this company. Trust my words don't join this company untill and unless you like to be manipulated and want to be in office politics. These people want there work whatever the situation is they don't even think in what situation you are. And everything depends on your manager,he is your god. If he says you have to come office then you have to whatever your problem is. Favouritism is there. No appreciation. After working for months they will simply say your performance is not good rather than helping they will make you regret the decision of joining them. Nothing is like Big4 here.
