The office culture makes you feel at home and the teams are very helpful

The unorganized way of working can get little too much and it increases the work load and pressures over a great experience to work

Work Details

The work at Viacom18 is interesting and is fun to work and the best thing were the off sites by the company which were the motivation there 😁

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
