I had the pleasure of working with amazing teammates and supportive team leads who always encourage collaboration and innovation. The incentive structure is great, and the salary growth is directly linked to your performance, which keeps everyone motivated. The company also ensures a good work-life balance, making it a fulfilling place to work. The owner is truly a remarkable person. It is one of the worst company I have ever seen. The TA Lead does not know anything about recruitment and formal office etiquette. Everything is worst. Not a good place to work.
