Nothing to like about Vesuvius..it's MNC for namesake pure Indian culture. Until unless entire bengali management doesn't change the culture will stay like this. Managers ask people to work on weekends. 5 days work week is just title but they don't follow. Management takes say off but employees need to come and work and are not allowed to take comp off or off on sat. Work culture, salary structure, management, work life balance, benefits, no yearly medical health checkups and lot more. Managers asking to work for more than 14 15 hours daily and saying if you wanna survive here you should work no option and directly they say on face that forget personal life and family home..just work for company
