Top and Middle management need to study and evaluate project timelines and prioritise work. Inputs are not properly passed down to the person actually working on it nor involved in the kickoff meetings.Projects are always on high urgency because of unrealistic timelines to meet with and improper commitment of middle management to top ones due to which the lower level people have to bear the heat for everything and held responsible for delay without considering actual workload for that project. Not satisfied. Daily work life balance 12-15 hours Including Saturday Sunday. Managers behaviour not Gd with colleagues. Work assignment not as per your skill set. They will hire you as per your skill set, but give you a work out of skill set. Struggle is on daily basis on skill set.
