I worked in Vertical Technology as a technical support executive, more than 4 years, a good experience with the company as well as staff and owners. the company also gives motivation to the employee for self-learning and helps to move the next level time to time.

Dislikes

suggestion: The company start one session to the employee once in a month. for learning, ask for facing problem and issues with customer and other areas

Work Details

I start to work as a fresher, next four years my experience level from fresher to senior customer support executive with 6 junior employees. job level improves with self-learning and staff and company motivation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
