Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

I like nothing here, HR policies are worst they are completely in favour of organisation. Worst working culture they hold incentives and increments to keep the employees within their organisation. Salaries will be credited after 6 or 7th of every month. If someone want to grow in their career then avoid vertex

1. No Job security 2. Leave policy 3. The HR department is not cooperative, even they do not lift your phone call 4. My 10 months PF amount did not deposit by company in my PF account and when I asked HR they ignored and not solved my problem. 5. No fixed salary Date 6. Late increment and that increases amount credited after 6-7 months
