The owner of the company is an arrogant Bengali who loves to stay in his fictitious world. Absolute miser and a confused personality. He pays you peanuts for the amount of work you do. If anybody wants to become an architect in India think before being one. It is a failed profession in India

Employer’s Response
Dear Intern/Employee/Ex Employee/Freelancer,
It is disheartening to see that you chose to address your concerns that you have/might have had in this unprofessional and prejudiced manner. What you may have understood as arrogance may have been my reaction (for which I do apologise) to the disconnect between your claimed skill and experience to your actual abilities which I may have found wanting. If I offended your sense of self to the extent that you felt the need to make a personal comment like you did, I apologise. I do not understand however, what you mean when you say 'confused personality', it may be because I sometimes have the tendency to speak slightly fast which may give the impression that there is some confusion but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. I have built a practice and, dare I say, a brand, over the last 22 years, it certainly couldn't have been all confusion.
As far as working 7 days a week is concerned, there are times, and I see from the date of this review, that we were and still are in those crunch times where, unfortunately we have had to work extra hours, all practices go through times like this. If you have had any experience in the design world, you would have known that. But again, it seems to be something that you have taken umbrage to, all I can do is to apologise for it.
On the accusation of being a miser, I think this stems from your salary/contract value which I am guessing, you are not in agreement with but I like to think that our pay scale is in line with industry standards, with a strong portfolio and educational qualifications taking you above the industry scale. I am guessing that you did/do not possess those credentials, at least not to our expectations and hence you are/were valued at what your were/are valued at.I agree with your second last comment about architecture is not for one desiring riches, if that's what you expect, look elsewhere. And as far as it being a failed profession, it is what you make of it.
