Staff behavioral issues, none support from seniors & HR Even they are taking feedback from House keeping (that person belongs to third party), and seniors behavior is worst. They are not listening any single words from you, it doesn't matter you are store manager. Very arrogant seniors & HR. Seniors always listening to other regionsCluster Manager & ground level staff. It's very bad environment. Bad staff because they are back bitters and area managers and HR always listening them. No appreciation while you work hard, always give your best, but only single bad person ruins evrything. Always trying to discourage store manager over daily and weekly con-calls. Non of the colleagues trying to support you because if they support then area manager target them. And if you are targeted by your area manager than no-one supports you,even you are too good at your work, that also doesn't matter your reports are on time, your back-office work is good and even you cleaned there garbages from back-office and from floor. Area manager is not supportive and not even respect who works harder. If you are giving much time to store, than Area Manager saying because of you are not taking week off, store is not performing. If you are in trouble, company will again loose there hands and try to terminate you. And they people are searching reasons to stop your services, suddenly they will stop your salary, bonus and appraisals benefits. Very bad Area Manager and HR Services. Bad environment.
