Bas ekdum shaandar! A master-slave system so perfectly executed that even the British Raj would be jealous. Managers here? Wah wah! Self-proclaimed IIT-IIM level intellectuals who know everything (except basic human decency). Forget giving opinions, because jo bola jaaye, bas wahi karo! Work-life balance? Arey, what balance? Work is life, and life is work! 12-hour shifts with no overtime? Bas Verizon ka pyaar! Who needs a social life when you have deadlines, escalations, and zero appreciation? And sick leave? Arre bhai, yeh toh sirf VIP logon ke liye hai! If you need leave, please provide one-month advance notice—because of course, illnesses send invitations in advance! And if you're sick for more than three days? Only death is considered a valid excuse (aur wo bhi, with manager’s approval). The management style? Bas ekdum Babu culture!
