Veritas is a veteran player in cloud storage software company. Initially Veritas was functioning in the banner of Symantec, but from last 3 years it has been separated from Symantec and now Veritas stands as an individual company. Company has a very good culture and gives a good work life balance. It is an employee concerned company and provides a very good perquisites to its employees.

Dislikes

Job may be in risk as a lot of automation and robotics are coming into place which reduces human efforts.

Work Details

My work was excited as I am a self motivated person.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
