Flipkart company pvt ltd is working persons is better then to the manpower in floor is closeness in this company. The company is most useful of the behaviour at one person to another persons is very different this company

Another plus point is that my colleagues com from verious culturel backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.i allso like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

There is no on job training for freshers,so senior people like me have to guide them stap by step,which sometimes hurts.
