Home loan team take early morning concall at 6 am and ends call at 8 am worst sales head no work life balance to HL team even on sundays we should attend concal which is very irritating thing and the morning fresh mood will be gone with this shit con call . Top Management MD and others are very down to earth people and very good culture but state level management team is very worst that's why entire state team is left the job.
