The people are horrible. They don't understand management at all. Project planning is horrible, manager is worst of all. He blames multiple teams, employees, but never even tries to consider to hear other's POV. Working here is just donkey work. No growth, no work-life balance, no salary benifits, no promotions, no appraisal. The people who really cared about the company were layed off during recession.
