Company is growing very fastly and plants are becoming air conditioned .

Dislikes

Not any credits for extra workhour.if confirmation is of 6month duration but it will easily take about 8 months .No holidays for festivals comparing to other industries. Shift schedules are very depressing. No canteen , no festival celebration , no gifts . They only focused on production nothing exciting for company employees.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
