The company is associated with Apple and you can learn the retail business from Apple. Apple is the biggest factor to work with Venus other then that company is like same Typical old style Indian company.

Dislikes

Work Culture is not so good, Life and work balance is very poor. Employees do not get any personal growth nor a company will let to gain it. An appraisal is mood based and it is often depended on owners mood. No Words of appreciations. Your ideas are never accepted. When you need salary you will have to give resignation then only HR will call you and convince Owner for salary increment

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
