My manager is supportive. But not all managers are supportive

They do not provide cabs to male passengers , they do not allow people to take casual or sick leaves. Very very strict when comes to taking sick leaves. If you take more than 1 day sick leave as per them you can only take it if you are hospitalized. Casual and sick leaves will not be approved if taken on monday or friday despite sharing the documents. They reduced the refreshment that use to provide. The SVP is very egoistic. We do not feel that we are working in MNC it is more like we are working under a boss not leader. He thinks that he owns the company. Male colleagues asked him about cabs for males - he is like we will give it them when there is driverless cabs. There is a contract of 2 years that is the reason, once you are stuck you cannot leave the company before you complete 2 years and 2 month of notice after that. i would like to learn more, would like to be cross trained so that my knowledge and learning does not stop and it does not become monotonous. Work culture is extremely strict. Feels like we are in school. Learning not happening. Work is more, people are less. Work load is too much. Recognition of someone's work is too slow. Promotion and appraisal should be consistent.

Office Politics , Micromanagement , Exploitation , No job security yes , they will fire you any time, no work-life balance - weekends only in the calander you have to work on weekends without pay. Female employees are fav person of TL/HODs they take benifits of these of being a girl. Zero skills development.

My one of the friend works here and every time he is frustrated due to work pressure and bad office culture. He always suffers due to oke person named NEERAJ AGARWAL. This guy always put my friend in trouble and never supported any one. This person likes ok those who can work as slavery under him.

I like the US culture followed in the US location where they get holidays and leverage accordingly in comparison to other countries.
