No Likes because if you are not acting like of slave your manager and the one and only person in the company i.e., NEERAJ AGGARWAL. He wants everyone listen to him and if you try to raise your voice he will torture you mentally and also harass you mentally and lower your morale then he will give Threat to you so that you can leave the company.

Too many politics. if you are not kind of a person who cannot be a slave then you cannot work because there is no concept of employee and you will be in the target list of NEERAJ AGGARWAL. Management will never take action against neeraj aggarwal instead they support him.

My manager is supportive. But not all managers are supportive

Dislikes

They do not provide cabs to male passengers , they do not allow people to take casual or sick leaves. Very very strict when comes to taking sick leaves. If you take more than 1 day sick leave as per them you can only take it if you are hospitalized. Casual and sick leaves will not be approved if taken on monday or friday despite sharing the documents. They reduced the refreshment that use to provide. The SVP is very egoistic. We do not feel that we are working in MNC it is more like we are working under a boss not leader. He thinks that he owns the company. Male colleagues asked him about cabs for males - he is like we will give it them when there is driverless cabs. There is a contract of 2 years that is the reason, once you are stuck you cannot leave the company before you complete 2 years and 2 month of notice after that. Vensure always appreciates dedicated employees and promotes internally as much as possible. Within 3 years, I was lucky to receive an opportunity to work with multiple departments and understand the inner workings of the IT industry. Their decisions are data and performance driven - be it for assigning someone a project or giving some a promotion.

Dislikes

The recent changes in the PTO policy were what led to me giving a 4-star in the overall rating as that is one aspect we can improve on - it definitely led to some employee dissatisfaction this year. While this new policy was only implemented due to employees misusing the flexible PTO policy in the past years, it impacted employees who might have genuine reasons for taking some sick/casual leaves.

My one of the friend works here and every time he is frustrated due to work pressure and bad office culture. He always suffers due to oke person named NEERAJ AGARWAL. This guy always put my friend in trouble and never supported any one. This person likes ok those who can work as slavery under him.

I like the increment process provided here which motivate the employees to dedicatedly work.

I like the US culture followed in the US location where they get holidays and leverage accordingly in comparison to other countries. I also dislike as it does not provide us the facility or option to work hybrid or work from home which is adapted by many companies by what we faced in previous years.
