Good work environment in team and branch level supportive. Here company provides food for all employees. Company policies and ethics good. Company involvement in all aspects is good . Company caring all employees.

Dislikes

There is less politics in this company and salary is very less and health benefits doesn't provide the company. Increment didn't provide on performance based . Employees promotions are very less and less carrier growth in this company. Carrier satisfaction is very less in this company.

Work Details

This company given product training and helped to convince a customer and convert competitor customers. And I learned ground level company guidelines and procedures which helpful to implement in other companies. Independent Team for Assistance manager .
