Struggle a bit in the starting as the initial joining training was not there. Salary disbursement was not on time.

Work culture is nice, good people are there around you, supportive and cooperative

Dislikes

The thing that should be taken into consideration is employee satisfaction as this part is zero in this organizations. Second, salary comes every month after 20th which is quite a unsatisfied thing as far as employees are concerned

There is no environment for study..but teammates are good.the director dr.rajesh pathak is not a right preson for this position.he has not manners to talk with his juniors.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
