1)Company mangers and incharge not encouraging work support ,skills (like uper education) and technically work I'm not satisfied due to I'm working technical less comper to another work. 2)Salary less comper to other companies. 3)as per rule any company working hours actually 08 hrs but in venko minimum 10 hrs this not correct.

My teammates were co-operative Reporting boss was knowlegable & good human being. This job given me knowledge & good future carrier opportunities. Job security was excellent. In any company politics is there but after some time your work/ results will speaks.Management skills were developed

Dislikes

It was very much isolated job, you have to work within the premises due to biosecurity. When I was working that time growth was very slow now a days it is good.

Work Details

Challenging job, I had to manage whole manpower for day to day operations. Train the supervisors to get the best output. Monitor every operation.
