Every project and tasks are very challenging. We can gain lot of knowledge. They give good salary hikes and bonus.

There is lot of politics amd management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3 years. On the job training is not given to new join.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on yhe job.
