Salaries are not good in this company. Salaries are always late by 2 to 3 months. Especially from the year 2019. No hikes from 2019. No trainings, no work culture. HR people will not give any information regarding salaries

It has a broad scope for learning aspect as various type of essential equipments are there in the in-house . It depends on our interest to go through all departments and learn to gain knowledge.

Dislikes

Worst thing in VEM is that salaries will not be credited within the due date, it was always observed delay in this aspect along with no benefits are provided by management.
