Nothing to like about this horrible company after merger with stupid wave labs . They don't care what employees want. No hike after merger for 18 months New policies and procedures dosent make any sense .. hr is the worst no support to employee only listen to manager who is part of wavelabs don't even trust wave labs especially who they think they know everything in the world but doesn't know anything Lot of people on bench no projects .. they don't know how to get new projects Worst worst worst company Anyway I got in another company for 80% hike more than 35lpa This company will not survive with out employee support...Read More

Hr is the worst they don't listen to you. What ever they say is not upto the standards. Listen to employees ask them challenges they face with the managers the the business will succeed Top people management are useless they should conduct meetings with each and every employee listen to concerns and make changes .. bottom line managers are use less
