The company has a very good people in leadership role having good vision for growth and success of company and employees. Have set very nice culture of appreciation to individual for doing any good work for client and company. Company is conducting good Employee Engagement Activities through out the year, such as festival celebration , games, Funtakshari, sports day celebration etc. Ontime salary is also appreciable job that this organisation is doing. Flexibility was provided during Covid and post Covid period with ontime salary. Dislikes

There are few areas where management should focus on such as employee retention and knowledge management. Some engineers are not able manage work life balance.

Work Details

Well it's quite difficult to manage for the engineers who visit sites to have work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
