There is nothing to say good about this institute.

Dislikes

The worst case is they will divide the students based on their rank A,B,C,D. For these low grade students only important Anna University questions will be taught and you have to give coaching like school students. Their aim is just to make the students to get pass(E grade). And they are too poor regarding staff salary. They will remove you if you have enough stuff and capable to get more salary. Instead of giving 35000/- per month they will keep 2 staffs in Rs. 15000/-(Believe , staffs are working for 15000 per month). Bcz the staff just have to prepare Anna University Important questions and make the students to memorize. And staff cannot get Internal exam duty amount too. It will be paid Annually . As of now young generations are not advised to choose Teaching career based on the situation , and even if it is the case keep this institute removed from your list. Good environ to work. Peers and superiors are supportive and friendly. Appraisals are fair and salary package is good. Work-known people will be recognized and will be honoured with additional perks.

Work Details

Everyday was a learning experience to me. Quite fascinated to work on Newsletters, College flyers, Annual reports and enjoyed training students for their Placements. Achieving 100% result was a healthy competition among peers

Freedom to decide the methods of attaining a target or work

Dislikes

Biased support and actions by the Head of the Institution. Levying money from the teachers to prepare class notes and take printouts for the betterment of students.
