They plan and work only for the benefits of college fame and management. They doesn't consider student's perspective and staff's perspective. They carefully recruit freshers so that they won't leave the institution for a year or two at least inspite of bad work culture. Teaching Staffs are made/forced to take all other roles from office work to tele marketing. From bike parking duty to canteen duty too much. Having masters degree and getting hired in the name of Assistant Professor but doing all other works gets you into so much stress until or unless you are forced to work for money. Work culture is poor. Work like donkey. They take away ur certificates. All of the certificates and even experience certificates also. Salary they pay low and very late. They dnot provide any benefits for research work. Stay after college hours for other duties.
