No perks No incentive 5% increment every year Conveyance allowance giving by deduction without any reason and some time not given Yes sir policy Approved Leave can be canceled at any time No bonus 4 agreement /bond are there. Everything. No management. HR DEPARTMENT is not supporting employee and always giving warning for termination. Terminate any body at anytime. Manager treat their juniors as a labour and not listening the problem. All the managers and senior manager even head and GM ,AGM are following same kind of attitude towards installation Engineer. 5-6 % increment and some times nothing. No travel allowance. No dearness allowance No conveyance. No overtime allowances No holiday allowance. Mostly working 14-18 hrs without any compensation. No job security.
