They don't know what is recruitment all they care about joiners, if u cant able to give 1 joiners for month they will start target and give u mental pressure and make you leave, poor infrastructure and all broken chairs you will get back pain soon we have raised a complaint regarding this the HR department didn't even care about that i dont know why there is an HR dept to support management Mr. Balaji employees are leaving the Job because of your Nepotism Hire good employees not your relatives doesn't have knowledge on recruitment and improve your office infrastructure and buy some chairs...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
