Working culture is too bad. To elaborate the management team are too soft concerned for South Indian (specially Tamil). The work process is too outdated comparing any company I have ever worked with. In management the decision holder are not practical at all and take step which is good for company but don't think about their employees. I was a part of Adminstration handling facilities of the company majorly Workplace upkeep, vendor management, compliance, billing etc.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
